We relish spending time together! Connect with us after worship on the first Sunday of each month for a potluck dinner. Confirm dates in the Weekly Newsletter.
The church is made of ordinary people brought together by God, each gifted in different ways so that together we can know and serve Jesus with joy.
Come and see where you fit into the Body of Christ.

Worship
Worship is the heartbeat of Trinity Methodist Church. Generations of people have praised God for His blessings in good times and bad in our historic sanctuary. Join us in person, or watch our services online, to share in our worship from the heart.
Members can also participate as:
Greeters – Welcoming and directing guests
Ushers – Collecting offerings and facilitating communion
Acolytes – Opening and closing the service by lighting candles
Liturgists – Helping lead worship by reading parts of the service
Music
The Psalm writer urges us to “Serve the Lord with gladness, come before him with joyful singing.” Music is a powerful response to God’s grace. Join us at Trinity to share inspiring music in a variety of styles including traditional hymns, gospel, contemporary, and classical from our choir, guest performers and accompanists.
If you love making music, blend your talents with ours to praise Almighty God!
Bringing disciples to the Lord is the highest calling for any church musician. This belief comes from Lynn’s years of education and experience, including as a life member of the American Choral Directors Association and its state President.
Lynn holds three advanced degrees in music education and choral directing, and was music department chair, Director of Choral Activities, and Associate Professor of Music at Tennessee Wesleyan University. He also led church music in Manchester, Shelbyville, Oak Ridge, Athens, and Knoxville, Tennessee, and served on the Tennessee Arts Council Advisory Board.
